A home filled with laughter, colour, and art for a young family of five. The request was to be bold and playful. This is achieved by introducing pattern and colour, cladding the fireplace wall in floor to ceiling Moroccan Zellige tiles, the kitchen counter a chunky terrazzo slab and the ensuite floor a punchy Harlequin marble mosaic. Filled with the clients own furniture, paintings by indigenous artists and a collection of their children’s drawings and sculptures, the overall symphony is uplifting, joyful and authentic.
